Northern Thai Beans, French Hands

The hills around Chiang Mai grow some of the most interesting coffee in Southeast Asia: sweet, fruity and soft, with a clean finish. We buy beans from highland farms in the north and roast them in small batches.

The French tradition gave us the idea of coffee as part of the day rather than a rush to get through it. A small cup, a little milk if you like, a pastry beside it. We keep our roasts balanced so the coffee tastes good on its own and even better with butter.

Ask the baristas which farm is on the bar this week. We are always happy to talk about where our coffee comes from, and to pour you a taste before you choose.
